I want more horror games like this. I want to give Harold a hug! Harold kind of reminds me of an imaginary friend I had as a child, who was also a wholesome monster! He was a shadowy creature with silver eyes that lived under my bed and would comfort me when I needed it, which was often. I named him Grimbleshade and plan to make a children's book about it someday. Grimbleshade helped me make it through a lot of trauma... I really need more wholesome horror games and wholesome monsters in this world!
I did not expect to have to HOLD BACK TEARS when i downloaded this. Phenomenal game, the twist is "MWAH" Chefs kiss. Incredible voice acting as well, Great job to all of you who worked on this.
This was not what I expected in all the best ways. A horror title that left me thinking about how Charming, Witty and Funny it was. Although the bathroom needs work. No shower head OR Toilet Paper!?

11/10 horror game, deserves game of the year haha. Managed to both scare me, make me laugh and melt from wholesomeness. Bonus points for the vintage decor of the house. Also, seriously amazing voice acting, I wasn't expecting it to have voice acting but it really added a lot to the experience. I was already a fan of your work thanks to the Lancaster Leak games (which I am patiently waiting for) but this just cemented that even more. Seriously, great work to all involved

Only real "complaint" I could level is that the ending wholesome moment tends to drag. It could've been reduced by about 70% and gotten the same effect across, it went on a little long for my tastes.
Still, good work, keep it up! Looking forward to trying some of your other games down the road!

i broke it within the first 2 minutes of my playthrough (i threw the popcorn tray while messing around, got it stuck in the corner by the couch, awkwardly crouched on the little table trying to grab it and when I did, I was suddenly lifted up into the ceiling. After a little wandering, I dropped into a dark room you were never supposed to see since it was the only room without a solid top. from there, I escaped outside of the pitch black room through its incomplete wall and went out to my front porch to find the motherfucker that left a handprint on my window. This confrontation with Harold could have ended much worse.)
I loved this so much, going into it i did not expect the uturn that would happen half way through and i loved it, its very rare a game will take me by surprise these days because most of them are generic but this caught me off guard and i loved it fantastic little game, highly recommend!

I wasn't expecting that twist! Overall it was fun, a little clunky and dragged out but it was still a great experience!
