I enjoyed the game a lot but had one issue. I was recording this game for my youtube channel but when the game ended, it crashed my whole pc and corrupted the video file. :(
I love the idea of wholesome horror and this felt so lively for a game jam game, I really enjoyed myself and loved the story. Also, that living environment was a mess but looked just weird enough to feel realistic for some secluded weirdo :D
Went in expecting scares and a frightful movie night, now I'm a psychiatrist to a monster named Harold. He seems nice, we might be dating now? What a wild experience. 10/10
WELL! I didn't expect that! all ill say is that's the first time ive been haunted by a placenta with cerebral palsy! GREAT GAME ENJOY THE VIDEO LOVE YOU BYE!
Played your game and I have to say even though it was scary it had such a happy ending to it, this game was really good and well made good job and cant wait to see what else you create!
I’m sorry, I know this is weird but it’s hard to see that the donation counter hasn’t changed since I downloaded this game. Every small bit matters, I know, and this isn’t really my place but I feel like this game is doing so well that it should be higher. I mean… It’s a great game AND it’s for charity. I don’t know. It just hurts seeing this. I thought you’d have so much more.
I followed you. Please do more charity games, when you have the chance. I’d like to see what more you and your group will do!
Hi, I have to manually change the counter so I only do it so often. I will be sending the funds in a month or so with a receipt attached to the game as proof of donation.
This was such a good game! I wasn't sure how a wholesome horror game would be but this ended up being really good! Loves how it starts off like a horror game and then switched up mid way through! The monster was such a cool guy. He just needs a chance at life just like any other person! Good Job!
I want more horror games like this. I want to give Harold a hug! Harold kind of reminds me of an imaginary friend I had as a child, who was also a wholesome monster! He was a shadowy creature with silver eyes that lived under my bed and would comfort me when I needed it, which was often. I named him Grimbleshade and plan to make a children's book about it someday. Grimbleshade helped me make it through a lot of trauma... I really need more wholesome horror games and wholesome monsters in this world!
I did not expect to have to HOLD BACK TEARS when i downloaded this. Phenomenal game, the twist is "MWAH" Chefs kiss. Incredible voice acting as well, Great job to all of you who worked on this.

Just played this game and MAN, the ending was not what I expected. Very unique and kinda gave me anime vibes with the backstory!
