This game is pretty good. Love this kind of stories. The text its a little to fast for me (I speak Italian). In general well done. Love it! Hope for other episodes:))
my only real complaint was how fast the text went, but you fixed it for the second one so; yay! very excited for this, i love folklore and cryptids and monsters so yea. this is a very basic game but its also been fun to see you grow as game creators. keep it up so excited for more!
I have never played a game about the Wendigo and let me tell you; it was so cool! I love found footage games because they give me the creeps. Those are the best games. Your episode 1 was so cool! I'm going to also play the next one! I hope you keep up this series!
Really enjoyed this one, something so good about found footage in an indie horror game! Had great ambience and sound, very creepy and startling in all the right places.
After playing Crisis at Call Center, I can't get enough of this series and can't wait for more :)
This was a really well made Found Footage Horror Game with a very creepy atmosphere . Looking forward to more like this .. I need to know what happened to Valerie
i played your "game" for 1 minute, but because of zero graphics optimization, gpu was cooking at 40fps for a 1998 effect game, no matter which option. Is it really difficult to fix the built in gpu options to actually do something? Yours is not the only game that abuses gpu's. I expect its the layers/shaders/effects giving easy nice, (time efficient) looks, at expense of gpu? Is it possible to fix or can I tweak it in a menu somewhere?
Hello, what is you gpu, cpu, and ram? It could be any of these factors at play. Make sure to change the graphics settings to low in the menu.
As a solo dev providing a FREE game, I can't focus on optimization. Unfortunately, that means not everyone will be able to play my games. I hope to get a point in the future with paid projects that I can ensure things are optimized. I'm sure you can understand
I really enjoyed the creepy atmosphere! Just walking through the woods with all the different sounds was a vibe. Make sure to like and subscribe to my channel!
I just want to say I'm really hoping to see a sick ARG come out of these games. Just played through your first one and enjoyed it a lot! Shorter than I expected, but still great! Can't wait to play Crisis at Call Center!
This was really good and creepy! Loved the grainy filter and how everything felt unsettling! Can't wait to watch/play the next video! Curious to see where this story unfolds. Good job!
Awesome found footage game, I've seen this becoming a trend on Itch.io and I've been loving it. This one had just the right amount of spooky timing and unsettling environment to keep it interesting. Glad we checked this out for a video! (also sorry about the poor quality on the face cam, I guess the game was messing with it's bitrate)
Absolutely LOVED the game and cant wait to play the 2nd one! I do wish I had more time to read the story screens but other than that it was amazing! Nice Work!
Really wanted to stream this -- the motion effects were so bad on the text within the first minute we had to turn it off. My chat and I hated it. Really would like to play the game if that was reduced or had options.
Also -- maybe the seizure warning shouldn't be written in something so....seizure inducing.
Wasn't just this guy, Jeremy; I and everyone I've shown has agreed. The shaking in the sections with the text is so headache-inducing we decided not to read anything.
Came here looking for someone that had a similar experience and saw you dismissing this important feedback, flat out saying, "Unfortunately - no one else has had problems," which shows that you care not about criticism.
We walked to the showers and, when greeted by more rapidly shaking text, alt+F4'd. There is nothing wrong with the style of VHS, aside from that some people would argue it's overdone. However, why ignore what play-testers say?
Also a great point, why on earth would you have a shaking photosensitive epilepsy warning??
I'm suspicious of this comment because your account was made 5 hours ago... Regardless, I don't have the time or money to make the game accessible to all, it's free.
An MSI Cyborg 15, I played the second game of Lancaster Leak, and it ended up crashing, but didn't when I put it on low graphics, so probably would work for this one too. I'm not sure why it worked though, because none of the graphics seemed different from ultra to the lowest
This was so good! It keeped me spooked the whole time. I think the style of the game helped make it super creepy. I can't wait to learn more about Valerie and hopefully set her free!

Good game, I really like the universe the developer is creating.

Thanks for playing! Text is click-to-progress in the next one, so that is fixed

Thanks for playing! Yup, feedback has been important and the fast text is something I fixed in future games.
Great so far, my only problem is that pausing the game seems to break the mouse rotation so I cant get through it
Was game #2 in my Scary Games video!
I loved the eerie environment
English play through on my gaming channel :)
Creepy, I loved it!
GREAT GAME! I THOUGHT IT WAS MY FELLOW CAMPERS BUT BOY WAS I WRONG!

This game series is phenominal. I hope the next few are just as good! I had an absolute blast playing this and got scared multiple times! 5/5!
I've always been a fan of found footage style games, suitable for casuals like me :)
I just want to say I'm really hoping to see a sick ARG come out of these games. Just played through your first one and enjoyed it a lot! Shorter than I expected, but still great! Can't wait to play Crisis at Call Center!
YO JEREMY! This series has some fat potential, can't wait for the rest of this and your future projects to come out!!! >:D
This was really good and creepy! Loved the grainy filter and how everything felt unsettling! Can't wait to watch/play the next video! Curious to see where this story unfolds. Good job!
Thanks for playing and planning on playing the next games!
Love this style of game.
This was really good and super scary! I'm definitely checking out crisis at call center next, so great job on this!
I wish the text wasn't so quick but I'm loving this series so far.
Thanks for playing and the feedback. This has been fixed for episode 2, hope you give it a shot!
Really cool way to start a series
Absolutely LOVED the game and cant wait to play the 2nd one! I do wish I had more time to read the story screens but other than that it was amazing! Nice Work!
Great game, keep up the awesome work!
Thank you!
I really like the game, excelente ambientación!
Thank you for playing!

Sorry, you couldn't play! Unfortunately, the effect is part of the style of the game and no one else has had problems streaming/make videos on it.

This game is very cool! I only have one complaint and that is that I can't seem to play it long, because it crashes.
First time, I had it paused for a little bit (shortly after starting it) because I was on the phone, and it ended up crashing.
Second time, I had just gotten the blurb about the final pause, and then it froze and crashed :-/ I really want to finish it, so I will try again lol
I'm just not destined to finish it :-( It froze and crashed again. This time after the pause where you end up deep in the woods on a 'hike' :-/
Hello, what kind of computer do you have?

Very well done! Planning on checking out the next game as well :)
Thanks for playing!
this went from a nice stroll in the woods to a terrifying chace by scary monsters
This was so good! It keeped me spooked the whole time. I think the style of the game helped make it super creepy. I can't wait to learn more about Valerie and hopefully set her free!
I made a video if anyone would like to see:
Really interesting game for sure. I would tone down the vhs/retro filter just slightly, but overall, nice job.
Here's my channel for other games I have played. https://www.youtube.com/@Levont
